Breathwork in Water
Warm Water Breathwork
After completing at least 10 dry breathwork sessions you can now experience warm water breathwork. These sessions can be intense which is the reason for doing the dry sessions first. Which involves breathing with a snorkel and mask or nose clip under water. A warm water bath, warm sea, a hot springs or use hot tubs are used to breathe in. Warm water breathwork which assists to returning to experiences in the womb or even birth memories.
Cold Water Breathwork
Cold water sessions are even more intense. We go to a cool water lake or pool or use the bath tub to experience cold water breathwork which involves confronting your greatest fears and death urge whilst breathing in water which is below our body temperature.
